How To Treat PCOS Problem?

hi im 26 yrs female married and staying with hus since 3 yrs. having pcos from age of 13 at manach. still no child. hus sperm count 3.9% . on tab. oxygard.now im not on treatment, previously on tab matformin, faied so withdrowal bleeding every 2 months. stoped aa treatments. now im having bleeding pv since17 days, after 3 months. upt negative. usg . fluid collection seen. is d&c advisable? will it increase chance of pregnancy? or which treatment can i take? hus sperm count decreased sudenly. heis having @ child for x-wife, last one 4 yrs back. hus age 30. will i get a baby?
