How To Treat PCOS?

i have PCOS . There is lot of weight gain on some days and some days its in control .i am on medication of aldactone and cytomid. i am confused some tell me pcos is to be shown to endochrinologist , some say to gynaecs .the gynaecs treatment did not help me .this medication has made the monthly cycle better but somedays too much of bloating is there .can u guide me
