How To Treat Tendinosis In Infraspinatus And Supraspinatus Area?

I have tendinosis of my infraspinitus and supraspintus tendons. It is chronic. I have had plasma injections and it provided temporary relieve for about a year. Now my pain has come back full force with pain that radiates in axilla area and now I have tendonitis in my elbow that keep reoccurring. Is there any diseases that cause this- other than it being mechanical? I do not heal regardless of physical therapy, plasma injections etc. Any genetic causes?
