How To Treat A Blocked Nose Caused By Septum Deviation?

Hello doctor.I have blocked nose on the right side since many years.I have used all medicines like antibiotics,homeopathy,ayurveda etc..,but no improvement.I am also been suffering with headache.Doctors say there is a slight nasal deviation from the reports of my C.T scan & x-ray reports.some doctors say there is a need of operation & some say no need.what happens if there is a long term nose blockage?I am also getting flum which is like a gum from my nouse.I am also suffering from so many allergys.Unable to eat so many food items like nuts,egg(specially pea nuts),chillies etc.,which are producing flum,sneezes from my nose & also causing headache.I am also feeling inconvenience if i smell perfumes,scents,fragrance of flowers etc.,I have used antibiotics for many years but no improvement.Please give a solution to my problem.

The best thing would be is to control your allergies along with a septal surgery as this will help open up your airway and give you relief. Please discuss this with your doctor.
