How To Treat A Condition Of Hypersensitive Hearing?

i have got tinnitus since august 2012, along with it i have got very very stuffed ears and have also now got extreme resonating sounds or i dont know what to call it-pulsitile tinnitus. i have'nt had any tests done apart from a hearing test which showe i have hypersensitive hearing but i have always had hypersensitive hearing without tinnitus

K.first your ear has to be examined for wax which is commenest cause. Wax removed by syringing.Your hearing is not afected.
Other possibilities include dz of inner ear ex.otosclerosis,menier dz,head injury or loud noises exposure.You have mentioned pulsatile tinnitus which can be because of hypertension or atherosclerosis.rarely might be becz of vascular tumour.
So in your case initially we start antibiotic and analgesic along with impacted wax removal. If your hearing affected then look for another causes.
Measure yr blood pressure.
