How To Treat A Cut On Forehead Caused After Injury?

Hi there, my 7 month old rolled off my bed yesterday. All my fault- the guilt is killing me. I d left him for 5 seconds and he fell off. The bang was so loud. I think he landed on his belly. He has a small cut on his forehead, no bruising or anything else. He seems fine but I am still worried sick. How could I be so stupid. I don t deserve to have a baby.

Hi,
As one day passed and baby is fine, nothing to worry.
Clean local part with plane warm water and apply antibiotic cream for 2-3 days.
If cut is long and wide he might require stitches.
Observe signs of having nausea, vomiting or loss of consciousness.
Ok and take care.
