How To Treat A Disc Problem?

my mum is 63 years old and since last may she has been having pain in her neck and left arm she has had mri scans ,xrays lumber p
as she suffers wit pressure at d back of her eyes . she is in really bad pain and its affecting her daily life she also has been to pain clinic she was giving epidural blockers about four of them in one day but still no use she has also went private to northwood clinic for other scans it shows she has something wrong with her disc but our doc does not know what to do she has been on tylex, melfen,aniscalm nothing is easing d pain . please can you give me some explaination as to what she can do .
