How To Treat A Double Hematoma On Left Leg Caused After An Tibia Injury?

Last October I was in a car accident where both tibias were broken. On my left leg also a double hematoma which is still warm to touch and sore. Not sure what to do. I ve read heat, message and having to drain it. I m 61 and a bit over my weight , Doctor said I would have to replace total knee soon. The other knee healed well. I m just so over going to appointments for this. I want my life back. It wasn t my fault!!!

apply cold compression. exclude diabetes. apply thrombophob ointment externally . only apply donot rub. keep under observation can be under antibiotic cover like inj penidure la 12.take few days rest.
