How To Treat A Fibroid In The Right Ovary?

Hi, I just had a transvaginal sonogram and it showed that I have a fibroid on my right ovary. I am 32 years old and would like to have children and my husband and I are currently trying to conceive. Will this fibroid cause any problems and should I be concerned about it? Is there a possibility of cancer? Are fibroids on the ovaries rare?
