How To Treat A Hard Cyst As Noticed In Sonography?

my wife had 2- miscarraiges, after Ist TOrch was +ve, Rovamycin taken for 3months later the results (Torch) of test was close to normal, then taken chance, and got concieved but on Sonography observed one solid cyst, and bad luck the Oophoroctomy for that one oavary has done, but found all normal condition for other ovary, but still worried for torch and how should we proceed for next chance...any suggestion for torch.....age 24, 5.1height and 56 weight
