Hello. Thank you for writing to us at healthcaremagic

You seem to have inflammatory acne i.e red, painful, pustular and nodular acne.
Oral antibiotics e.g either doxycycline, azithromycin or minocycline can be started for inflammatory acne.
Oral antibiotics together with topical antibacterials are better able to take control of inflammatory acne lesions.
Besides Oral antibiotics, Oral Retinoids e.g Isotretinoin can also be considered for severe nodulocystic acne.
Topical treatment is also part of the overall treatment of acne and includes topical antiacne antibacterial preparations like clindamycin gel Or benzoyl peroxide gel. You may use them over active acne lesions once daily during day time.
At night, you may use a topical retinoid e.g adapalene gel over the whole affected area.
Topical retinoids are comedolytic, antiiinflammatory and therefore prevent new acne as well as treat existing acne lesions.
I suggest you to visit a dermatologist in your region. Your dermatologist will assess the severity of acne and advice accordingly.

Regards
