How To Treat A Huge Painful Cyst Like Bump Behind Thigh?

I have a huge painful cyst type bump on the inside back of my thigh. I get these a lot. they're awful and they scar and hurt. If i try and pop it like a pimple they feel as if they pop on the inside of my skin. which is gross. what are they and how can i stop it?
