How To Treat A Inflamed Torn Disc In Lower Back?

I have an inflamed/torn disc in my lower back that is pushing on my sciatic nerve and just is a dull ache. I don't take or want to take any prescription or non prescription drugs but want this so to go away. I've been to my chiro and iced and stretched.
