How To Treat A Large Blocked Blackhead On Nose?

My 8 year old son has large blocked black head on his nose and has had it for well over 2 years, it s like a hard grisle and I can t get rid if it, he has also just developed similar white spot on his cheek any ideas how I can get rid of it? He has Tourette s syndrome and also wonder if it s linked?

Hi,

Black lesion on nose of your son may be melanocytic nevus. It may be easily removed by electrocautery under local anaesthesia. For that you consult dermatologist. It is an OPD procedure. The white lesion on face may be milia. It may be easily removed by needle very easily by dermatologist. I hope you got my answer.
