How To Treat A Lump Between The Two Nostrils?

Hi,I just noticed that the tip of my nose, and just below have changed shape - just today! It s like theres either a lump between my two nostrils, or there s an indent on my upper nostril on the right. Either way, the nose looks different tonight than it did this morning. I was not hit with anything. Not sure what happened.

Hi,
From history it seems that as this developed suddenly there might be having some allergic reaction due to some insect bite or there might be having ingrown hair follicle infection.
There is possibility of having Deviated Nasal Septum, might be there since long but noticed now.
Nothing to worry, problem persisted or pain and swelling developed then consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
