Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Dear is it lump feeling or foreign body sensation??

Lump sensation may be due to pharyngitis or GERD or myasthenia gravis or polymyositis etc..

Avoid spicy food and caffeinated drinks.

Please get examined by ENT specialist, you may need indirect laryngoscopy or bronchoscopy to confirm the diagnosis.

Take care
