How To Treat A Lump On The Right Elbow?

My husband had right rotator cuff surgery in April. About mid July he developed a lump on the right elbow. It has continued to get larger, nearly the size of golf ball. There is no pain or redness. What is this and the cause of it and how to treat it?

I studied your query in full details updated from you.I understood your health concerns
Based on your query data, In my opinion ,Dear You seem to suffer from
Students Bursitis,or Olecranon bursitis.Other cause could be Gouty elbow with tophi
Usually medical treatment with Motrin /antibiotics or no treatment is enough and goes on its own.
For the gout elbow bursitis-allopurinol with probencid treatment with surgical treatment for the gouty elbow may be needed.

In some cases Surgical excision of the Bursitis is needed and is very rarely needed.

Team of GP and Physician doctor and Orhto-Surgeon would be needed to treat your health issue.
