How To Treat A Lump Under The Skin Of Vagina?

Hi, Im a 21 year old female, generally fit and well. I have a lump under the skin on my vagina, it seems to change size when I am stressed, but dosn't hurt. Its hard and roughly pea sized. I was just wondering what you think it could be and is it something to worry about? thanks
