How To Treat A New Born With No Chin?

hi doct, ihave a new bourn baby, he cant suck a milk becoz he has no chin.and inside the mouth were the tounge joint to the neck( in hindi called taluwa) here a hole.this time we give the milk through the tube .if its have you any treatment plez ansr me. and what surgery and treatment give you. thanks
