How To Treat A Painful Blood Blister In The Pubic Area Caused After Shaving?

I have what I think is a blood blister on my pubic area. It showed up after shaving. I then got my period and the front of the pad kept folding back and sticking to the pubic area when I had to take my underwear down to use the bathroom. It s painful and I don t know what to do!
