General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

based from your description, it could be a hemorrhoid or a perianal abscess. it is best if you have it checked by a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for medical and physical examination. further diagnostics (such as proctoscopy) and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
