How To Treat A Polyp Attached To The Uterus?

Hi,i am 22 years of age,i weight 175lb an my height is 7ft 8in. I just found out yesterday that i have polyp, which attach to my uterus by a stalk an it's 2.16mm, therefore i am excessive bleeding. i was also told i need to do a surgery to remove it, but today i was feeling abdominal pains,that hurts really bad, however i feel something tingle inside my vagina when i get up to check i realize i release a 2 huge piece which is white that cover with blood, which do not look like blood cloth hence it's white. so i am wondering what is it really. can you help me please?
