How To Treat A Possible Fracture In Cervical Bone Causing Pain?

I have I believe broken my cervical bone, I am in a lot of pain and coughing up just a little blood like once an hour. Also it is hard to breathe. I want to know can I wait till tomorrow? I will go on with the pain if I can. Im just going to sleep, and how should I lay?
