How To Treat A Possible Tear In Clitoral Glans?

I seem to have a rip or tare in my clitoral gland? I just waxed a few days ago but didn't notice anything until yesterday. Also, I seemed to have something white and hard trapped under the skin, which I pulled out (it sort of seemed like a black head). What could this be?
