How To Treat A Pus Filled Lump On The Base Of Penis?

I have a lump on the base of my penis where it meets the scrotum. At first it was small and hard and I squeezed some puss out of which seemed to aggravate it. Now it has gotten bigger. I popped it tonight and got a lot of watery puss and blood out of it. It s still draining a clear liquid. Is this a cyst? Well it go away if I leave it alone?

Hi,

If you had unprotected sex - need to rule out sexually transmitted infection. If not it can be a bacterial infection (abscess). Local antibiotic application can help you. If the issue persists, you need oral antibiotics too.
