How To Treat A Ruptured Pilonidal Cyst On Anal Opening?
I thought I had a small hemorrhoid after being sick but I believe it turned out to be a Pionydle cyst. The reason for this belief is it popped and it was full of white blood and pus. The cyst was located just touching the lower anus wall and taint just under the scrotum.I was barely able to walk for two days until it popped on its own.Is this what it was? I am able to walk fine but it is still sore within that area
noted history of perianal lesion associated with pus and discharge. it may be a case of fistula-in-ano or a perianal abscess. it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. diagnostics (such as proctoscopy) and management (proper antibiotic regimen and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed accordingly. maintenance of good hygiene and hot sitz bath every after bowel movement may also be recommended.
hope this helps.
good day!!
