How To Treat A Sore Throat, Headaches?

Hello, I have had some kind of cold thing for the past week,coughing, sore throat, headaches etc. I spent three days in bed with panadol and its all cleared up apart from a bit of coughing but last night and today I have really sore legs (nerve kind of pain) and feel sick, car sick I guess and shaky (not visibly) and a bit weak...... just wondering whats going on??

It looks like that it is a viral infection probably a flu and thats causing the weakness!
Please meet your doctor as soon as possible as you may need some supervised medical care. please dont delay
