How To Treat A Sunken Bruised Cheek Bone?

Four and a half weeks ago, I fell pretty hard on my cheekbone. I had a lot of bruising, and now I still have bruising following along the contour of my cheekbone. Underneath, I have an area that is "sunken in." Also, I have a small lump where the remaining bruising is. Should I be concerned, and should I see a doctor?
