How To Treat A Swelling & Lump On The Right Side Of The Neck?

i have swelling and lump on my right side of neck from last five months my blood test are normle but esr is 43 and tb test is normal thyroid is normal and sgpt test is normel so what could be the reason of these swelling and pain on my right side of neck

This swelling and lump can be an enlarged lymph nodes, benign skin lesion or some inflammation. Its hard to say not being able to see it. But for sure you should have it checked with an ultrasound. In case of enlarged lymph nodes biopsy should be done. If its an inflammation, you teeth, throat and ears should be checked. Antibiotic treatment might be necessary.
