How To Treat A Swollen Bug Bite Just Above The Eyebrow?

My 2 1/2 year old son got a bug bite (I'm assuming it's a mosquito bite) just above his eyebrow. It was initially red and slighlty swollen. When he woke up today, is a lot more swollen. What can I give him? Do I need to take him to his pediatrician?

whichever thing bitten him, its for sure the swelling is because of allergy and local toxins by the bugs. I adviced you to take the steroid and antihistaminics. along with antibiotics and analgesics. but in my advice you should consult the nearby doctors. because visual examinations and detail history will tell you many things to treat the boy.
