How To Treat A Swollen Lump In Vagina?

what will i do for this small lump in my upper portion of my vagina,its swollen and paining? I am 43 yrs old now,married and 15days delayed of my menstraution. and i think im pregnant now...but this lump bothering me coz its paining and swollen...i put honey so that the puss may come out....but 2nights i do it,but until now still swollen and no hole outside...its a plain...what will i do ith this lump? thank you
