How To Treat A Tight Foreskin?
Tight foreskin : sir I am having very tight foreskin and there are thick nerves on the skin, if I undergo circumcision these nerves have to be cut along with skin and there will be excess pain and bleeding too. is there any way to get treatement for tight foreskin with reduced risks like bleeding, pain.

Based on your statement I think you have you have Phimosis.
The only treatment option for Phimosis is to get circumcised .
Though you have prominent veins over foreskin the operating surgeon will take care and fulgurate the bleeding vessels so that there will be no bleeding during surgery.
This is a simple surgery done under local anaesthesia as a out patient procedure and offers permanent cure and helps to have enjoyable sex for rest of the life.
