How To Treat A White Bump Inside The Lip Of My Vigina?

i have a white bump inside the lip of my vigina that I have now had for a month. it doesnt change at all but sometimes I notice it more then other times. I am at the beach and it seems I m noticing it all time. How can I be sure it is a pimple and how can I get rid of it. I hate it!
