How To Treat Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea?

I have had moderate to sever abdomen pain with diarrhea anything that I eat is causing more pain it will subside when I am in the fetal position. I do not have a gallbladder. No matter what I eat it still will hurt. Haven t had these pains I a while but they have come back. Usually only last day or two.

Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult a physician and plan for an ultrasound scan.
