How To Treat Abdominal Pain Caused Due To Clots In Endometrial Cavity?

Hi myself Anju Unnish.I am a patient of polymenoria.on may 8th I had my periods.two days prior that I had sex with my husband and had taken I pill after 48 hours of having sex.i was undergoing hormonal treatment and my cycle came to normal for three months which was feb march and april.April 1st was the period date prior to that.on may 21 I was taken to hospital with severe pain in abdomen.Doctor detected clots in endometrial cavity.I m under medication since then.bleeding is stopped but pain still there which subsides for a while when pain killer is taken.Could you please help?

The pelvic pain can be due to clots in endometrium cavity. These clots need to be removed to resolve the pain.
