How To Treat Abdominal Pain Followed With Vomiting And Diarrhea?

I have been having episodes of extreme upper abdominal pain. The only thing that relieves it is vomiting and I also have diarrhea at the same time. I have noticed that prior to the onset of pain my stomach becomes distented and I begin belching which smells like rotten eggs. Please advise

HI. Your history is very well suggestive of an intestinal obstruction for which you need a clinical evaluation by a Surgeon, a standing x-ray of abdomen when you are in pain. Stop food , go for liquids only till you are well investigated. Go for surgery if advised.
