How To Treat Abdominal Pain,lower Back Pain And Nausea After Unsafe Sex?

I didn t take my birth control for three days in my first week of birth control after my period then I started taking them again and got my period again a fews days after it had already stopped. Now for the last three nights I have had excruciating pain in my abdomen and lower back along with nausea.. I have had unprotected sex twice since the end of my normal period..should I be concerned?

Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Mefenamic Acid for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, better to go for an ultrasound scan.
