How To Treat Abnormal Growth On My Knuckle Pads?

I have growths on my knuckle pads of the left hand index and middle finger, I can see that the same is starting on right hand as well, gp has given me betnovate cream as he really had no idea, since using cream right hand seems to be getting worse. please help :-)
