How To Treat Accident Mediated Dizziness And Throwing Up Of Liquid?

My son was in a car accident about three weeks ago. Did not go to the doctor s. Complaining about being dizzy. he says he feels normal but everything is moving really slow. Throw up liquid this morning. Could this be from his accident or just a cold? Not sure if I need to take him to the emergency room. thanks

Dizziness associated with vomiting may be a sign of head trauma. This can be confirmed only after a clinical examination and CT scan of brain. I suggest you should go to the ER.
