How To Treat Acid Reflux In A Baby?

Hi my daughter was born at 24weeks. She is now 19mths actual. She has a severe case of reflux. Its been a constant battle since her 2nd month in the NICU. The GI medication she was on caused her to develop Dystonia. We are no longer able to treat her reflux with prescription drugs due to the reaction. Can you tell me how to safely treat her reflux? Shes horribly uncomfortable. She also aspirates when she refluxes so we are now at risk of damage to her lungs and respiratory issues
