How To Treat Acidity And Mild Chest Pain On Left Side?

Hi my name is Pat, I have had aci d indigestion for 4 days now, I have taken everythink I can take to get some relief. someone told me today to take baking soda and water, whiched helped for a period of about 30 minutes It is wearing me out, ihave never felt like this before. I can belch and it helps for judt a minute and then its like I just fill up with air It has been very uncomfortable Istarted having a little pain on my heart side, but is was nothing unbearable ANY HELP ON WHAT MIGHT GOING ON

Hi Dear ,

As per your query you have acidity and chest pain on the left side of the chest . Well the symptoms you mention in query are pointing towards two condition that is acidic reflux or some kind of cardiac probem like angina . I would suggest you to consult Cardiologist for proper checkup . Doctor may order test like ECG , TMT , complete blood profile and some times angiography . Doctor may prescribe nitroglycerin , beta blockers , aspirin or sedatives . Doctor may also refer you to gastroenterologist if he/she found problem to be related with acidity . For now take proper rest , do not exert your body and eat light and non spicy food .
