How To Treat Acne Despite Taking Niacine And Dalacine T?

i want to know about my skin acne .i have alot of pimpels on my face. at this time im using niacine cream at night and dalacine.t using at day time but there is no any imrovement in my skin how can i get rid of acne? plz help me to treat my skin . im also using macrobac capsuls .

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern.

As per your query you have symptoms of acne despite taking Niacine and Dalacine T which occurs when skin pores gets clogged, usually with dead skin cells. Sometimes bacteria get trapped inside the pore, too, causing the area to become red and swollen. I Would suggest you to exfoliate gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant. Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore .Wash your face using a mild soap or cleanser and lukewarm water. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis .Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics like clindamycin , Isotretinoin or Hormone Therapy.
