Hello sir I m 23 year old and suffering from acne problem and their marks.I used penderm + 2 weeks back, but it didn't work and after that I hv acne marks on my skin and now m using coconut oil on my face but it doesn't work..please help me and suggest me some good tips for clear skin..
As per your query you have ache mark on your face and you are using panderm and coconut oil ,but it doesn't work . Well acne occur when duct of sebaceous gland get clogged and entrapped dead skin and bacteria . Scars occur due to post inflammatory hyper pigmentation . I would suggest you to wash your face daily with cold water and facewash containing benzoyl peroxide , then apply cream containing azelaic acid twice a day and also apply vitamin E oil before going to bed . Eat fresh fruits and drink plenty of water . If condition doesn't get improve then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may prescribe steroid ointment , retinoids and antibiotics ( minocyclin) .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
