How To Treat Acute Neuropathy Causing Pain In Feet?

Hi, I am from Mumbai. My father in law is suferring from acute Nueropathy problems.. He has severe pain in his feets. No treatement is working. We have tried homepathy.. he is now undergoing acurpressure since Nov'10. Still no improvements. Pl suggest some treatement.
