How To Treat Aggressiveness And Anger?

I don t know that my wife is a patient who is suffering from it, what is it? She quickly gets angry, aggressive, all the evil, and said to all the insults and threats. More than 25 years that she has taken the nerve pills, and relaxing. I do not know what to do. Could you help me, please?
