Hello,

You may be suffering from seasonal allergic rhinitis the triggering agent may be temperature or pollen or animal dander or environmental pollution etcetera.

Avoid cool drinks and freeze water, use humidifier, use water vapour inhalation and salt water gargling thrice a day for five days.

Use tablet Levocetirizine and Montelukast daily at night for one week. If symptoms not improved, then please consult immunologist/allergy clinics, they will test for triggering agents and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu
