How To Treat An Open Wound On The Anal Opening?

I have a open woumb by my booty hole it s been there years I have to wear pads Cuz it leaks I was in a car accident I was dragged 60 feet an it tore all my left side of my bottom off I had flaps done bur did not heal what can I use to heal this womb up.

hi.welcome to healthcare magic.i understand your problem.my opinion is that,
1.maintain good hygiene.
2.apply fusiderm ointment twice daily over the wound.
3.take analgesics like tablet ibuprofen twice daily for 7 days,if you have pain.
4.wash the wound using betadine solution twice daily.
