How To Treat An Ulcer On The Inner Side Of Penis Foreskin?

Hello doctor,

I have one ulcer (mouth like ulcer) on the inside skin which covers my penis, Not on penis... ie near the area where the skin attaches to the penis area. I never had any sex with anyone and i'm 22. Is it a normal thing like the mouth ulcer or anything like herpes or any std. is there any medication for that. i'm very much shy going to a doctor.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some cut on phrenulum while doing masturbation or over stretching of fore skin leading to minor injury on phrenulum.
Apply antibiotic cream locally.
If require go for one antibiotic medicine course.
Avoid masturbation for few days.
Ok and take care.
