How To Treat Anuresym In Head Causing Shortness Of Breath?

hi i have been diagonise with an anuresym in my head, which is still untreated,lately i started to feel some shortness of breath. my heart also started beating faster and my chest become tight. is this some of the symptoms are i should get intouch with my doctor.
