Hello,

It is nice to know that you are taking adequate sleep, please do continue to take proper rest and quality sleep. Yes, you should eat healthy, health is wealth. Daily exercises do help better blood circulation, is good for the brain and will help you feel fit and active. Never mind, if the medicines are not working. You have not mentioned here the cause why you are getting emotionally exhausted or your past illness. Anyways, it looks like you have been on long term stress and if that's the cause its natural that you feel emotionally exhausted. Never mind, you are suggested to locate the factors that cause you stress, try avoiding them.

Try, not to remember some life events in the past that stresses you up and make you feel uncomfortable and cause you depression. You cannot change the past but you can make the present moment worth living. Try to do different activities to distract your attention towards the brighter part, look towards the more positive side of life. You can read or do some writing, work for a while in an outdoor or indoor garden, try some recipe, go for a picnic, join interesting hilarious group in the internet.

Do photography, do something that makes you happy, make new friends, etc. Your main goal should be to avoid turning back and looking forward to make friends with people (small or big / male or female) who don't have a family, talk to them. Help them feel good. If church activity work is not going well, reach out to people who need love, there are many such. Be sincere and help them. Do not expect anything in return from anyone or it will again push you into depression. You should learn to love yourself, do away with anything that triggers negative feelings of discomfort, depression, anxiety or panic. Just stay relaxed and comfortable. You will feel better. Keep your body and mind healthy, stay cheerful and active. If you need medicines prescribed to you, you can take but do not get dependent on it.

Do not run away from people, make friends with them, listen to music, sing and dance. Its good to work, never stop working. You should take breaks between works to relax and sit for some time chewing a candy or take some snacks. Dehydration affects the system, stay well hydrated, take water, soup, juice, etc. Stay away from addictions. Switch to healthy lifestyle. Take food that keep you happy ( green tea, walnut, coffee, dark chocolate, berries, fruits, etc.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
